Sr. Compliance Analyst

We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented compensation analyst to support a leading airline organization in Bloomington, Minnesota. This Long-term Contract position will blend strategic advising with day-to-day program execution, helping leaders make informed decisions about pay, job alignment, and market competitiveness.
