Principal Product Manager - Business to Agent

Expedia Group is seeking a highly technical, builder-mindset Principal Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of our Business to Agent team. Responsibilities Strategy & Thesis Building – Own the end‑to‑end strategy for Business to Agent, prioritise roadmaps, and make stay/invest/pass decisions. Agent Legibility & Access – Ensure golden EG inventory, pricing, and loyalty signals are machine‑readable, expand presence in agent‑specific indices, and identify high‑leverage levers per channel. Agent Reasoning & Preference – Build a research and experimentation agenda to understand agent behaviour, translate insights into agent‑facing products and interfaces, and run shared feedback loops across archetypes. Experimentation & Productionalization – Operate a high‑velocity experimentation system, produce durable changes, and roadmap productionalisation against desirability, feasibility, and viability. Team Leadership & Cross‑Functional Influence – Lead a squad of senior engineers through dotted‑line authority, partner cross‑functionally, and ship changes that drive channel performance. Executive Communications & Presentations – Translate complex agent ecosystem dynamics into clear narratives for C‑suite and senior audiences, and represent Agentic Search in senior forums. Qualifications 10+ years in product management, growth, or technical product leadership with increasing scope and ownership. Zero‑to‑one track record: built and scaled a net‑new channel, capability, or product from inception to measurable commercial outcomes. Highly technical: can read and reason about web infrastructure, retrieval systems, agent tooling, structured data, and APIs. Strong experimentation discipline and proven ability to build strategy, theses, and scale execution for channels or platforms at meaningful scale. Excellent executive communication: clear presentations, executive presence, and ability to drive alignment with senior stakeholders without direct authority. Comfortable with ambiguity, fast cycles, and high‑velocity decision making in a pre‑playbook market. Preferred Qualifications Founder or founder‑adjacent experience, AI or platform business experience. Active immersion in the AI ecosystem with relationships to frontier labs, agent platforms, or AI‑native startups. Compensation & Benefits Salary range (Seattle): $224,000.00 to $313,500.00 . Employees have the potential to increase their pay up to $358,500.00 based on performance.
