LACCD Project Engineer III - Sustainability

Location: District Office, Los Angeles, CA Number of positions: 1 Type: Direct Hire Salary Range: $136K - $152K Minimum Requirements Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a similar or equivalent position involved in project or construction management of commercial, public, or educational facility construction projects with values in excess of $15M BS/BA Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business, Construction Management or related field required. Preferred Qualifications Proficiency in Bluebeam Revu for reviewing, marking up, and coordinating project documents. Experience utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and processes. Experience utilizing enterprise-level Project Management Information Systems (PMIS) for project tracking, documentation, and reporting. Familiarity with Division of the State Architect (DSA) design, approval, and construction processes. Working knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, including Building Management Systems (BMS), building automation, and controls. Compensation The pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors such as individual’s qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities.
