Position Overview Registered Nurse (RN) – Weekend Baylor Position at Cornerstone VNA, Wolfeboro, NH. Responsibilities The registered nurse will collect client health data, work with patients and families to set attainable goals, develop and modify patient care plans in collaboration with the physician, healthcare team, and families, and work closely with weekend supervisors to perform visits as assigned. Qualifications & Skills RN degree (NH or ME) At least one year of RN experience; home care experience preferred Strong assessment, triage, IV, and wound care skills Strong communication and exceptional assessment skills Proficiency with medical EMR (preferred) Valid driver’s license with good standing and vehicle insurance Ability to provide trusted, compassionate, and expert care Team player, organized, flexible, open minded, detailed oriented, honest, proficient computer skills Employment Details Part‑time, salaried, 24‑hour shifts Friday after 4 p.m. for PRN/scheduled visits Saturday‑Sunday 10‑hour shifts (8 a.m.–6 p.m.) Primary on‑call coverage Friday‑Sunday during vacations Benefits Health and dental insurance Ongoing education and training AAA coverage Mileage reimbursement Supportive work environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Selecto Vinos
