Position will work with military, contractor, and civil service personnel as members of the flight test team.Duties and responsibilities include planning, scheduling, and executing flight test mission requirements by:• Developing and publishing test plans and flight test cards• Determining and communicating aircraft test requirements and configuration to responsible engineering, maintenance, instrumentation, and flight operations personnel to ensure aircraft readiness• Complying with published test safety plans and standard operating procedures• Conducting test missions and performing mission briefs and debriefs• Evaluating results from flight activities and incorporating “lessons learned” into future test activities**Must be a US Citizen. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per weekPay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $85,500 - $150,765. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
