Accounting Administrator

Compensation: This is a non-exempt position. Pay will be based on qualifications, education, experience, and overall fit for the role.

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about keeping financial records accurate? We're seeking an Accounting Administrator to support our accounting operations and contribute to the success of our growing team. What You'll Do:

• Prepare financial reports and accounting statements
• Post journal entries to the general ledger
• Maintain vehicle inventory purchase and sales records
• Calculate and process monthly sales commissions
• Accurately allocate and reconcile expenses
• Assist department managers with accounting schedules and reporting
• Support daily accounting and administrative functions as needed

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Associate's degree in Accounting, Business, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or related experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and procedures

• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy
