Description Love the water? Particularly enjoy boating, wakeboarding and wake surfing? We have immediate openings for Product Advisors in our Bend, OR headquarters. This isn’t like your typical high-pressure sales job that requires cold calling. We have an enthusiastic customer base that is looking for accurate, honest and knowledgeable advice on products to help them have more fun on their boats. We are looking for individuals with excellent communication skills (both verbal and typing), a strong attention to detail, and a self-motivated “go-getter” personality. As part of the Customer Experience Team, first and foremost, the primary function of this role is to make sure customers are taken care of, whether that is done directly via phone, chat or email, or indirectly through education, training and content creation. You will help field product questions and create an overall positive shopping experience. You will be counted on to share your immense product knowledge and personal experience with our customers in order to help them find the best-suited products for their needs, wants, and budget. You have the ability to deal with customers in a positive, calm manner. You will be comfortable in knowing that you won’t always have the answer right away, but can be analytical, a problem solver, that will find a solution, either in our web-site or discussing with one of our existing experts as you get up to speed. You have a great attitude and are 100% accountable. You are motivated and organized. You are our customers' trusted advocate.
