Mortgage Branch Leader — Grow Your Team & Pipeline

PRMI is seeking a Producing Branch Manager - Mortgage in Washington, DC to lead a high-producing loan officer team while continuing to originate.
You will recruit, mentor and coach loan officers, manage branch P&L, and collaborate with processing and underwriting to move deals quickly.
This role offers strong compensation (base 80k–220k plus commissions) and full benefits; travel is minimal and on-site in our DC branch.
