What we're seeking:

• Valid ASHA certification (CCC) or SLPA credentials
• Experience in school settings strongly preferred
• Ability to adapt approaches for elementary, middle, or high school students
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with teachers, staff, administrators, and families
• Confidence in conducting assessments, developing IEPs, and documenting progress
• Commitment to evidence-based interventions and individualized care
• Organizational skills to balance caseload management and documentation

Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing and implementing speech-language interventions for assigned students
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support student growth
• Conducting evaluations and generating comprehensive, timely reports
• Engaging with families and teachers to foster communication and educational success
• Participating in IEP meetings, contributing insights for student development
• Adapting services based on student needs, using creativity and flexibility
• Maintaining accurate records per school and professional guidelines
