Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, affording you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home while engaging with clients through our telehealth platform. Your work hours will typically be Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, with the potential requirement for occasional evening or weekend availability to accommodate client schedules. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans to address the unique needs of geriatric clients.

• Facilitate pre-crisis and crisis intervention plans, risk assessments, and medication treatment strategies to support client safety and wellness.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as recommended by the clinical team to enhance assessment processes.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans catered to each client's needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
