We are seeking a skilled Drywall Finisher who takes pride in delivering quality workmanship and collaborates effectively with a team. Duties and Responsibilities Perform all phases of drywall finishing, including taping, mudding, sanding, and touch-ups. Hang drywall as needed and assist with layout and installation. Read and interpret blueprints and job specifications to ensure accurate work. Prepare surfaces for finishing to achieve smooth, high-quality. Maintain high standards of workmanship with strong attention to detail. Safely operate hand and power tools in accordance with job site safety requirements. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Two years of drywall finishing experience required. Two years of experience working on commercial construction projects in team oriented environments. Current OSHA 10-hour certification preferred. Can safely lift up to 60 pounds, climb ladders, stairs, and climb out of ditches. Must wear proper protective equipment at all times. Reliable transportation to job sites. Knowledge and Skills Strong attention to detail and quality control. Proficiency in drywall finishing techniques including taping, mudding, and sanding. Basic knowledge of drywall hanging and installation methods. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to manage time efficiently and meet project deadlines.
