Responsibilities:

• Construct, assemble, and finish custom wood products, including sign frames, structures, and supports, based on blueprints and specifications.
• Use hand tools and power tools (e.g., saws, drills, routers) to cut, shape, and assemble wood and other materials.
• Collaborate with the signage installation team to ensure components are fabricated to meet project requirements and deadlines.
• Prepare materials, cut and assemble parts for sign structures, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Maintain a clean and organized workshop, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on workshop tools and equipment.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working with power tools and materials.
• Assist with the loading and unloading of materials, and help prepare items for transport to job sites.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in carpentry or a related field is required.
• Proficiency with hand tools and power tools, including saws, drills, and routers.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of woodworking techniques and materials.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Basic understanding of safety protocols and commitment to workplace safety.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
