Join Clear Essence Family Dentistry , a brand-new private practice opening this June in Sunset Hills! We are looking for a dedicated Dental Assistant to join our founding team. This is a unique opportunity to help build a patient-centered practice from the ground up. Whether you are a recent graduate or an experienced professional, we value a collaborative spirit and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Clinical Support: Provide high-quality chairside assistance during dental procedures.

• Sterilization: Manage instrument processing and maintain strict infection control protocols.

• Patient Care: Greet patients, take vitals/X-rays, and provide clear post-operative instructions.

• Startup Collaboration: Assist with front-office administrative tasks (scheduling, check-in) during our initial launch phase.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate clinical records and inventory supplies.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; completion of a Dental Assistant program preferred.

• Certification: Active Missouri Dental Assistant registration (or eligibility) and CPR/BLS certification.

• Skills: Strong communication, attention to detail, and a willingness to handle both clinical and administrative tasks as needed.

• Availability: Must be available for orientation and training starting the 2nd or 3rd week of May .
