About the Position

Job Title

Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – ICU, Nights

Location

Scranton, PA | Acute Care

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13 Weeks | Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Every other weekend and every other holiday required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a 20-bed ICU setting with a standard patient ratio of 2:1, with a surge plan of up to 3:1
• Monitor, assess, and respond to critically ill patients requiring intensive nursing intervention
• Document patient care accurately using Cerner EMR
• Float to Telemetry unit as required
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient safety and quality outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license valid in Pennsylvania (or compact license eligibility)
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required
• ACLS certification required
• Willingness and ability to float to Telemetry as needed
• Availability for every other weekend and every other holiday shifts

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Cerner EMR
• Open heart surgery experience
• Impella device experience
