House Supervisor

Respond to all rapid responses, code blue events, and other emergency situations.
Oversee hospital capacity management and patient throughput to optimize patient flow.
Monitor and coordinate staffing levels every four hours to ensure safe patient care.
Address and resolve patient and family concerns, escalating issues as appropriate.
Escalate operational, clinical, and safety concerns to the Nurse Leader On-Call (NOC) and Administrative On-Call (Client).
Conduct routine leadership rounds on all units to provide support, identify concerns, and promote quality care.
Serve as a clinical and operational resource for staff, providing guidance and decision support.
Maintain an off-hours leadership presence to support hospital operations, staff, patients, and physicians.
