Our client, a Series E AI-driven real estate B2B software company, is seeking Engagement Managers & Leads, Future Platforms | Housing, to join its growing team.

We're looking for a high-performing operator with 4–6 years of experience—ideally from a consulting or client-facing strategy/ops background—who thrives in ambiguity and is energized by building from 01. This is a founding role on a high-visibility team responsible for launching one of the most important AI products in the company's history.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and product , playing a critical part in scaling next-generation AI platforms.

What you'll do:

• Own customer deployments end-to-end, from scoping through implementation and post-launch success
• Act as the bridge between clients and internal teams, translating needs into clear product requirements
• Build and scale operational playbooks to support rapid growth
• Manage complex, enterprise client engagements and align senior stakeholders
• Partner closely with leadership to shape product strategy and post-sales motion

What they're looking for:

• 3–5 or 5-8 years in management consulting or a client-facing strategy/ops role at a high-growth startup
• Experience leading complex enterprise software implementations
• Strong track record of building processes and systems from scratch
• Sharp product intuition and ability to translate customer needs into actionable insights
• High autonomy, sound judgment, and comfort operating in ambiguous environments
• Startup operating or founding experience is a plus
