As we prepare to open our doors, we’ll soon be hiring friendly, enthusiastic Store Associates to help share the joy of See’s with Australian customers. Duties As a See’s Candies Store Associate, you’ll be the face of our brand—delivering exceptional service, offering product knowledge, and helping customers find their new favorite treat. Duties include: Greeting customers with warmth and enthusiasm Maintaining clean, organized displays and restocking shelves Boxing and wrapping candies with care and precision Handling cash and electronic payments accurately Offering free samples (a See’s tradition!) and helping with gift selections Competitive hourly pay: Starting from $27–$30 AUD per hour, based on experience Annual, performance-based bonuses to qualifying full-time employees Penalty rates for holidays and overtime Staff discounts on all See’s products Casual and full-time shifts available, with opportunities for permanent roles Supportive, team-oriented workplace with training provided Opportunities to grow upwards into management, regional and corporate as we expand across Australia What We’re Looking For Passion for chocolate and positive energy Customer service or retail experience preferred (but not required) Attention to detail and pride in presentation Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Professionalism and a genuine interest in growing with See’s as a long-term career opportunity Flexibility for holiday and weekend shifts #J-18808-Ljbffr
