Responsibilities Inspect all auction purchases for undisclosed damage and open arbitration cases when appropriate. Ensure used vehicles are properly merchandised and showcased on dealer lots. Coordinate with vendors to ensure cosmetics reconditioning is completed in a timely manner. Run CarFax on all vehicles to verify integrity of condition. Run condition reports for each vehicle. Stock in all used vehicles in ACV and CDK. Photograph vehicles and prepare descriptions for posting to the internet. Ensure that all used vehicles have proper stickers and buyer’s guides, etc. RDR all used vehicles. Verify all used vehicles and ensure all certified car fees are in Advent. Help maintain organization and presentation of the dealership lot, ensuring vehicles are properly parked and displayed. Drive vehicles to sublets and fuel stations. Create vehicle descriptions online for inventory listings. Qualifications Driver’s License Clean DMV High School Diploma or Equivalent Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information Professional personal appearance Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to meet company production and quality standards Physical Requirements Spend time indoors in air-conditioned areas Sitting, standing, and walking on a regular basis Bending, twisting and/or stooping infrequently Kneeling and/or squatting infrequently Lifting 25 lbs. to 50 lbs. Infrequently reaching and/or lifting overhead Infrequently climbing stairs Repetitive hand/finger movement on a regular basis Grasping/grabbing with hands infrequently Pushing and pulling Compensation and Benefits The expected pay for this position is $17.00 to $24.00 per hour and may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonuses or commissions.
