The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, building candidate pipelines, and supporting our company's growth through strategic hiring initiatives. Responsibilities Source and recruit drivers Screen resumes and conduct phone and in-person interviews. Manage job postings on recruiting platforms and social media. Perform reference and background checks. Maintain applicant tracking records and hiring metrics. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Qualifications Previous recruiting experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple openings. Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Sheets Transportation experience preferred.
