The Role 

As a  Sales and Customer Service Associate , you are the vital first impression of our business. This role is a perfect blend of high-end hospitality and consultative sales. You will be tasked with delivering a flawless, 5-star guest experience while actively sharing the value of our memberships to help clients commit to their ongoing wellness routines.

Key Responsibilities 

• 5-Star Hospitality: Warmly greet clients upon arrival, handle check-ins and check-outs, answer phones with a professional tone, and maintain an inviting, positive atmosphere at the front desk. 
• Membership Sales: Actively introduce guests to our membership plans, explain the benefits of regular wellness care, overcome hesitations, and match the right package to each individual client. 
• Front Desk Operations: Efficiently manage appointment scheduling, process payments, utilize our POS system accurately, and handle gift card transactions. 
• Clinic Maintenance & Cleanliness: Take pride in keeping our lobby, waiting area, and front desk pristine and organized. Assist with daily operational tasks, including the washing, drying, and folding of clinic linens to keep workflows seamless. 
• Shift Continuity & Communication: Ensure a smooth transition between shifts by thoroughly logging and passing off "living" tasks—such as pending client callbacks, unresolved account inquiries, or client feedback—so the incoming team is fully prepared. 
• Goal Achievement: Work alongside the Lead Associate and Clinic Manager to drive daily and monthly goals for retail products, gift cards, memberships, and service enhancements. 

Requirements & Qualifications  

• Super Friendly Demeanor: Exceptional customer service skills with a natural ability to build quick, genuine rapport with clients. 
• Sales-Driven Mindset: Comfortable talking about money, communicating value, and pitching memberships to meet individual and clinic sales targets. 
• Professionalism & Positivity: Ability to leave personal distractions at the door, bringing a consistently upbeat, kind, and resilient attitude to the sales floor. 
• Strong Communication: Excellent verbal skills and comfort working closely with our service providers (Massage Therapists and Estheticians) to align on client care plans. 
• Detail-Oriented & Proactive: A team player who notices when things need to be done—whether it’s restocking retail shelves or jumping on a pile of laundry—and takes immediate action.
