What You’ll Do Provide skilled occupational therapy treatments under the direction of an Occupational Therapist Implement individualized treatment plans designed to improve function and independence Assist patients with activities of daily living and adaptive techniques Educate patients and caregivers on home safety and therapeutic activities Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising Occupational Therapist Maintain timely and accurate documentation Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members Qualifications Active Virginia Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) License Required Valid Driver's License and Reliable Transportation Strong Communication and Documentation Skills Home Health Experience Preferred but Not Required Passion for Delivering Exceptional Patient Care Why Human Touch Home Health?
