Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Sign-On Bonus Available

One Medical invites an experienced Nursing Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team as a full‑time clinician based in Sunnyvale, CA. Employment type: Full time. Responsibilities Manage a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conduct acute, chronic, and well visits. Treat patients in‑office or in testing centers, and occasionally conduct tele‑health visits. Engage in continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and other educational modalities. Collaborate with in‑office teammates via daily huddles and with virtual clinical teams. Utilize your specific clinical training and perform in‑office procedures as appropriate. Obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states, if required. Qualifications Completed an accredited NP or PA program with national certification. In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least:2 years in an outpatient primary care setting, OR 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting coupled with either a 1‑year primary care fellowship or 1+ year in an urgent‑care setting. State licensed in California, obtained by One Medical start date. A passion for human‑centered primary care. Ability to communicate effectively with individuals of all backgrounds. Skilled in using technology to deliver high‑quality care. Clinical proficiency in evidence‑based primary care. Desire to be an integral part of a team dedicated to changing healthcare delivery. Openness to feedback and reflection for continuous improvement. Capability to navigate uncertain situations with patients and colleagues. Readiness to adapt personal and interpersonal behavior to meet patient needs. Compensation & Benefits Base salary range: $164,700 to $175,000 per year for a full‑time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on practice experience and patient care schedule. Additional pay may be awarded for candidates who exceed these specified qualifications and requirements. Relocation assistance may be available for this role.
