Our focus is on delivering exceptional care and ensuring positive patient outcomes.Responsibilities\n \n Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients.\n Monitor hemodynamics and manage ventilated patients.\n Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and optimal care.\n Participate in bedside shift reporting and maintain accurate patient documentation.\n Qualifications Required Skills\n \n Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience.\n Current BLS and ACLS certifications.\n Experience with hemodynamic monitoring and CPR in critical care.\n Preferred Skills\n \n Experience with Meditech documentation system.\n Previous CVICU experience is a plus.\n Certifications\n \n Active Texas RN License (temporary licenses will not be accepted).\n Unit Guidelines\n We emphasize a professional work environment. Staff are expected to adhere to the following:\n \n Dress Code: Scrubs in royal blue; maintain a clean and professional appearance.\n Nail Policy: Clean and healthy nails; no artificial nails or gel polish.\n Hair: Neat and clean with no extreme styles; long hair must be pulled back.\n Tattoos: Should be covered whenever possible.\n Piercings: Only earrings are permitted; visible body piercings are prohibited.\n Awards and Recognition\n This unit is recognized with the Magnet designation and has received the Beacon Award.
