The ideal candidate will have an active Series 7 license and a strong background in overseeing client accounts with a focus on exceptional service. This role centers entirely on relationship building and account management rather than sales, making it perfect for someone with a client first mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate ongoing communication with clients to ensure their financial objectives and service needs are met.
• Partner with internal teams to manage account administration and operational workflows efficiently.
• Oversee and monitor a dedicated portfolio of client accounts under the 1M asset threshold.

Qualifications:

• Active Series 7 license is required.
• 2+ years of prior experience in a relationship management or client service role within the financial sector.
• Exceptional professional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to accurately manage and review multiple client portfolios.
