Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to gather and analyze business requirements, create functional documentation, support Agile delivery, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions.
Key Responsibilities-
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements (BRD, FRS, TRD, User Stories, Use Cases).

Translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Perform data analysis, data mapping, and write Oracle SQL queries for validation.

Create process flows and support solution design.
-
Work in Agile/Scrum teams using JIRA for backlog management and sprint activities.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, development, QA, and Product Owners.

Support UAT, defect resolution, and requirement validation.
-
Assist with API, Kafka, and system integration requirements.

5+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience.

Strong experience with BRD, FRS, TRD, User Stories, and process documentation.

Hands-on Oracle SQL and data mapping experience.

Agile/Scrum and JIRA experience.
-
Knowledge of SDLC, UAT, API integrations, and Kafka.
-
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
