ABOUT OUR AGENCY: With 10 years in the insurance industry - five as a team member and five as an agent - I've built an office rooted in teamwork, growth, and community involvement. Our current team includes three full-time and two part-time team members, and we take pride in creating an environment where everyone feels valued and supported. ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Paul Capista - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
