Exciting Opportunity for a CT Technologist - Join Our Night Shift Team!

Job Description:


- Shift: Nights 7PM - 7AM
- Start: ASAP
- Work Type: Full Time
- Schedule: 3 Days - 12 Hours

- Troubleshoot basic maintenance and resolve image processing issues.

- Protect patient confidentiality by appropriately managing sensitive information.
- Adapt assessment and care methods to accommodate the unique needs of each patient.
- Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and standards of care set by regulatory entities.
- Assist in patient throughput by performing necessary examinations/procedures.
- Capture and store completed exams correctly in PACS, and follow downtime procedures effectively.
- Report equipment malfunctions to the Director/Manager and ensure proper follow-up.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:


- Education: Graduate of an accredited school of Radiology Technology or other accepted equivalent required.
- Experience: 1 year of CT experience in a Hospital or Clinical setting preferred.
- Basic computer experience required.
- Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications:
- One of the following primary modality certifications is required:
- Radiography (R) by ARRT
- Nuclear Medicine Technology by ARRT or NMTCB
- Computed Tomography (CT) by ARRT or NMTCB (CT required upon hire in the state of New Mexico)
- State Licensure required:
- New Mexico: CT or FUS by MIRTP NMED
- BLS certification via AHA required.
