Surgical/OR Tech

The Surgical/OR Tech will work in a cardiovascular operating room setting. The shift is Monday through Friday, with four 10-hour shifts. The start time for the shift is 6:00 AM. Required on-call shifts will occur during the week and weekends. Experience in performing pediatric cardiovascular procedures is necessary. Procedures include congenital open hearts such as ASD/VSD repairs, Norwood/Glenn/Fontan procedures, TAPVR, ECMO, central shunts, arterial switch operations, arch reconstruction, valve repair/replacement, and heart transplantation. Floating to areas with similar skill sets may be required, including thoracic surgery.
