We are officially opening Blue Hound Brew , Nashville’s first true draft coffee shop! Forget the loud espresso machines and the mess of steaming milk. We’ve built a sleek, high‑efficiency draft system that pours premium cold brews and nitro infusions in seconds. Because our tech handles the "making," our team handles the hospitality. We are currently looking for our first Hospitality Associates. We aren’t looking for coffee snobs or traditional baristas. We want high-energy people, natural hosts, and those who genuinely love making a guest’s day better. We hire for attitude and train for the pour. Why work with the Blue Hound team? Pay: $13.00/hr + Tips (Direct deposited for easy income verification). PTO: 80.0 hours accrued annually (with 40-hour carryover). Safety Net: Your full accrued PTO balance is paid out if you ever move on. Sick Leave: 24.0 hours per year. Holiday Pay: Closed and paid for New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
