Registration Staff (part-time/year-round, $15.00/hour)

Job Title
The Registration Staff is responsible for front desk operations, greeting our guests, answering and transferring phone calls, light office duties and processing program registrations for patrons.
Location: Jerry Handlon Administration Building, 235 E. Beech Drive, Schaumburg
Qualifications: The best applicants will be reliable, have a friendly, outgoing personality and prior office/customer service experience is a plus. This individual must have the ability to answer busy phones in a professional and courteous manner. Must be able to use a computer to navigate various website applications as well.
Scheduling & Pay: This is a part-time year-round non-exempt position. Scheduling may vary but you can expect to work approximately 2-4 shifts per week (approximately 20 hours per week). Shifts vary between Monday Friday from 8:30am to 5pm. Applicants must be able to sub when needed. Hiring rate is $15 per hour.
