Refers complex matters to appropriate management staff or Human Resources.* Spreads awareness of upcoming events, learning opportunities and other company and employment requirements such as open enrollment.* Maintains knowledge and understanding of laws and regulations relating to EEO, affirmative action, and human resources.* Spends the majority of the workday in front of employees.**Skills*** Active listener – hears all sides of a story without immediate judgement or bias.* Ability to diffuse high-emotional situations calmly and professionally.* Ability to validate employee feelings while remaining objective about company policies.* Delivers difficult news or feedback clearly and constructively.**Requirements*** Bilingual Spanish preferred.* Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.* Valid driver’s license required.* Willing to travel within sites when needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
