Full-Time Floater / On-Call Caregiver KalCare Health Care - Metro Atlanta Job Type Full-Time Position Overview KalCare Health Care is seeking a dependable, flexible, and compassionate Full-Time Floater (On-Call) Caregiver to join our growing team. This role is essential to ensuring continuity of care by providing coverage for open shifts and supporting multiple clients as needed. Key Responsibilities Fill open shifts and provide coverage as assigned Deliver care to multiple clients (no more than 2 per day) Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), companionship, and client support Maintain accurate documentation in AxisCare Report to assigned clients within 1 hour of notification Provide consistent, high-quality care across varying client needs Schedule & Availability Requirements Monday-Friday availability during operational care hours | 9am-5p - some weekends required Must be available by phone and actively monitor Scheduling system Ability to work up to 8 hours per day Qualifications Experience in home care, caregiving, or healthcare preferred CNA certification Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between clients Strong communication and time management skills Ability to adapt quickly to changing schedules and assignments Professional Expectations Maintain a professional appearance (scrubs required) Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and flexibility Provide excellent customer service and compassionate care Uphold client confidentiality and company policies at all times Why Join KalCare Health Care?
