Senior Finance Associate - Fund Accounting

Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly close and quarter‑end financial reporting for multiple‑entity investment funds reported on a fair value basis, including financial statements, key metrics, and investor capital activity statements
- Prepare annual audit related files and work with auditors
- Prepare information for quarterly tax estimates and annual tax returns, forms K‑1 / 1099
- Prepare supplemental reporting as requested by certain external investors
- Cash management- including day to day activities and monthly reconciliation
- Assist on capital calls and distributions
- Partner closely with the Investor Relations team for reporting
- Fund Accounts Payable
- Assist with SEC compliance related to ownership filings
- Perform special projects as requested
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance with 2‑3 years experience CPA preferred
- 4+ years of related accounting experience required, preferably in an investment fund setting
- Ability to multi‑task, prioritize, and complete projects in a dynamic environment
- Exceptional communication skills including the ability to communicate with all levels of staff and management
- Team‑oriented and able to share information, goals, opportunities, successes and failures with appropriate parties
