Position: Registered Dental Hygienist

Hourly Rate: $42 to $50

We are seeking a quality-focused dental hygienist to join our expanding practice, which offers a supportive and relaxed work atmosphere. Our organization operates as a private Fee-for-Service dental clinic located in Schenectady, NY. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication abilities, a strong work ethic, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a commitment to teamwork. Punctuality and reliability are essential. An active Registered Dental Hygienist license is required for consideration.

Part-time position available (Mondays)

Compensation Package

Hourly wage: $42-$50+

Key Responsibilities of a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)

Educating patients on dental health, including tooth care and dietary advice
Removing plaque and tartar through scaling and polishing
Taking dental impressions and radiographs
Applying preventive treatments such as prophylactic materials, antibacterial agents, fissure sealants, and topical fluorides to combat tooth decay
Conducting screening and monitoring procedures
Experience in teeth whitening, fabricating night guards, and administering local anesthesia is a plus
