WOUND CARE NURSE (RN) FULL TIME

Wound Care Nurse (RN) – Full Time Charleston-AMG Specialty Hospital, Mt. Pleasant, SC, invites you to join our team as a Full‑time Wound Care Nurse (RN) under the AMGIHM System, a Top‑5 Post‑Acute Care Hospital System. Key Responsibilities Evaluate new and existing in/out‑patient wounds; monitor, treat, and document wound care per policies and procedures. Provide direct and indirect patient care in a long‑term acute setting. Communicate with physicians, CCO, and co‑workers about changes in patient condition, diagnostic results, and symptomatology. Respond quickly to changes in patient condition or treatment response. Perform general nursing duties across departments under adequate supervision. Job Requirements Current South Carolina Registered Nurse (RN) Licensure. Current certification in Wound Care (preferred). Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification. Minimum of six months to one year of work experience (preferred).
