? Kissimmee (Kissimmee Clinic) Clinic, in-home, and school-based services

? Deland Region In-home and school-based services

? Davenport/Poinciana Region In-home and school-based services

What We're Looking For

We'd love to connect with you if you have:

? Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field ? Current and active BCBA certification ? Experience providing ABA therapy in in-home, clinic, or school settings ? Strong data analysis and clinical decision-making skills ? Excellent communication, supervision, and leadership abilities

BCBA Responsibilities

? Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and analyze behavioral data across home, clinic, and school environments ? Develop and oversee individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) ? Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans using data-driven decisions ? Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation ? Provide training, supervision, and support to RBTs, families, and school staff ? Stay current with best practices and ethical standards in ABA
