About the Role

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and guests. Your professionalism, positive attitude, and attention to detail will help create an outstanding dealership experience while supporting daily administrative operations.

Schedule Requirements

This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule based on dealership needs and business demands. Candidates should be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Dealership hours of operation: 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM

What You'll Do

• Welcome customers and visitors with a friendly and professional attitude
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
• Assist customers with general questions and ensure they are connected with the appropriate department
• Support dealership leadership with administrative and clerical tasks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
• Help create a positive experience for every customer who visits or contacts our dealership
• Perform additional office duties as assigned

• Previous receptionist, administrative, retail, or customer service experience is preferred, but not required
