Vida Integrated Health is seeking an experienced Functional Medicine Provider (MD/DO or ND) to join our dynamic FM concierge medical team at our Seattle (Ravenna), Bellevue, and Kirkland locations. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive patient care, integrating insights from various health disciplines. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that consider lifestyle, environmental, and genetic factors. Engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay current with the latest functional medicine practices. Maintain accurate and thorough patient records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Qualifications Experience in providing personalized functional medicine consultations with a focus on preventive care. Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive patient care. Proven track record of developing and implementing individualized treatment plans considering lifestyle, environmental, and genetic factors. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development to stay current with the latest functional medicine practices.
