At Deep Centered Mental Health, we are growing our outpatient psychiatry practice, and seeking psychiatrists who want to practice thoughtful, integrative psychiatry in a highly supportive, collaborative environment. Location: Austin, Dallas, or Houston (this is an in‑clinic or hybrid opportunity) Deep Centered Mental Health is a clinician‑led outpatient psychiatry and psychotherapy practice built to support thoughtful, high‑quality care. We emphasize an integrative approach—combining medication management, psychotherapy, lifestyle interventions, and advanced interventional treatments—to help psychiatrists deliver more meaningful, lasting outcomes. Our model is intentionally designed to reduce administrative burden, allow for longer patient visits, and foster true collaboration across disciplines. Psychiatrists in our group benefit from seamless access to a large, in‑house therapy network and the ability to incorporate innovative treatments such as TMS and esketamine into their practice. We are aligned with the largest and only American Psychological Association‑accredited private therapy practice in Texas, with over 220 in‑house therapists on our team, creating a uniquely collaborative and well‑supported clinical environment. Position Highlights Integrative psychiatry model (medication + psychotherapy + lifestyle + interventional care) Access to TMS and esketamine for treatment‑resistant conditions In‑house network of 200+ therapists for easy referrals and coordinated care Ability to treat adults and/or children & adolescents Longer appointment times to support depth of care and clinical quality Outpatient setting Designed to prioritize quality over volume Clinician‑led organization focused on autonomy and outcomes Uncapped earning potential: $280K–$370K+ 401(k) with employer match Malpractice insurance with tail coverage Paid CME and ongoing professional development Opportunities to supervise APPs with a generous stipend Your Role Evaluate and diagnose: Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and accurately diagnose mental health conditions. This is an in‑clinic opportunity. Develop tailored treatment plans: Craft personalized treatment strategies that may include psychotherapy, medications, and lifestyle modifications. Educate and empower: Guide patients and their families through understanding their mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies. Collaborate effectively: Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to manage patient care and contribute to research that advances interventional treatment. Supervision: Have the opportunity to supervise Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners. Maintain accurate records: Ensure all patient information is meticulously documented to support ongoing care and regulatory compliance.
