We offer an incredible benefits package, attractive compensation, flexible hours, and a fully subsidized Signature Life Time Membership.Position SummaryThe Compensation Specialist, under general direction of the compensation team, performs varied administrative and specialized tasks in support of the day-to-day administration of Life Time's compensation programs.Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesPerforms a variety of daily operational activities, including populating incentive plans, approving compensation changes in Workday, addressing Tier 1 compliance issues and addressing communication follow-upsConfirms accuracy and integrity of all data entered in Workday and ensures information is entered on a timely basisDefines jobs by writing job descriptions and ensuring all current job descriptions are housed in the appropriately formatResponds to all levels of employees for problem resolution of compensation related inquires and concerns in a timely mannerPerforms data updates, exports, imports, clean-ups, and researches/reports on any data discrepanciesDelivers routine monthly reporting and responds from basic to intermediate ad hoc report requestsProvides assistance and supports others on difficult assignments or problems as directedMonitors, writes and distributes emails in shared mailboxesPosition RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field1 to 2 years of work experience in Human Resources or related fieldAbility to communicate effectively both verbally and in writingAbility to maintain a high level of confidentialityOrganize, prioritize and carry out duties efficiently and within established timeframesProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)Preferred Requirements0 - 6 months of Compensation ExperienceExperience with Workday or HRIS systemsPayThis is an hourly position with wages starting at $23.50 and pays up to $31.75, based on experience and qualifications.BenefitsAll team members receive the following benefits while working for Life Time:A fully subsidized membershipDiscounts on Life Time products and services401(k) retirement savings plan with company discretionary match (21 years of age and older)Training and professional developmentPaid sick leave where required by lawFull-time Team Members are eligible for additional benefits, including:Medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverageShort term and long term disability insuranceLife insurancePre-tax flexible spending and dependent care plansParental leave and adoption assistancePaid time off, including 5 to 20 vacation days per calendar year (based on tenure) and paid sick leaveDeferred compensation plan, if the team member meets the required income thresholdLife Time is a place for everyone.
