What You’ll Do As a Machine Operator - Tapping you'll be part of our team located in Montpelier, IN. Starts machine and observes operation, making adjustments as needed. Gauging and checking parts for each catch pan, for conformance to specifications. Record and plot on SPC charts Record production on daily sheet Operate PIV and electric pallet jack to move tubs and load machines Must be able to work overtime Any other duties as assigned by supervisor Who You Are You always strive to do a good job…but wouldn’t it be great if you could do your job and do a world of good? High School Diploma or GED preferred Ability to work overtime as needed Mathematical ability and practical application of percentages and ratios Ability to read and write, effective verbal and written communication skills Ability to understand written, verbal or diagrammatical form of instructions Ability to walk, stand, bend, push, pull and reach. Ability to lift and/or carry 5-25 pounds regularly and occasionally 25-65 pounds with assistance.
