Fee For Service Registered Nurse RN

We are seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) who are passionate about providing exceptional home health care to Adult Geriatric, Women's Health, and Pediatric populations. Position Type: Per Diem (Fee for Service) Compensation:

• 85 per routine visit
• 105 per recertification/discharge
• 120 per admission

Responsibilities Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes across Adult Geriatric, Women's Health, and Pediatric populations. Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. Administer medications, treatments, and other physician-ordered interventions. Complete admissions, recertifications, and discharge visits. Educate patients and caregivers on diagnoses, medications, treatment plans, and disease management. Monitor patient progress and communicate changes in condition to the appropriate healthcare providers. Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with agency, state, and federal regulations. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, social workers, and other interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality patient care. Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York. Experience in Adult Geriatric, Women's Health, and/or Pediatrics preferred. Home health or community nursing experience is a plus. Strong clinical judgment, assessment, and communication skills.
