- 6+ months experience as a welder
- Ability to pass a skills test
- Proficient at reading blueprints and job specifications
- Excellent math skills
- Maintain safety protocols
- Physically able to stand, walk, twist and lift 50 pounds unassisted
- Excellent attendance and punctuality
- Operate welding equipment
- Ability to prepare material, weld cleanly, conduct quality control and maintain equipment
- Make adjustments to machinery as needed to meet specifications
