Job Summary: The Assistant Account Manager works under the direction of the Account Manager II or Account Manager I to serve and interact with customers, prepare orders for production, and perform other clerical support. Basic Qualifications: Minimum high school diploma or GED along with some customer service experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. Must possess a capacity and willingness to learn a variety of computer software applications including, but not limited to, order entry and job ticket systems. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Schedule is Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM – 40 hours/week Overtime pays time and a half after 40 hours per week Eligible for $1,000 hiring bonus after 12 weeks! What’s in It for You?
