Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Current, active Speech-Language Pathologist license in New Mexico required
- Previous experience working in a school-based setting strongly preferred
- Comfortable collaborating with teachers, parents, and support staff across multiple age groups
- Strong communication, assessment, and documentation skills
- Flexibility to adapt to the unique needs of students at various levels
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students K-12
- Develop individualized therapy plans and interventions tailored to student goals
- Provide direct speech-language therapy, both one-on-one and in group settings
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to developing educational plans
- Offer support and resources to families and educators on communication strategies
- Maintain accurate records and ongoing progress reports in compliance with district and state guidelines
