Jumptwist Ninja is looking for high-energy coaches who LOVE working with kids and aren't afraid to be loud, lead with confidence, and create an unforgettable experience every class.

This is not a job for someone who is quiet, shy, or uncomfortable leading groups.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has a big personality and isn't afraid to project their voice.
• Can confidently lead and positively manage groups of children.
• Builds genuine relationships with kids and families.
• Keeps students engaged, motivated, and having fun.
• Creates a safe, positive, and encouraging environment.
• Is reliable, hardworking, punctual, and takes initiative.
• Brings positive energy every shift.

Requirements

• Previous youth coaching, teaching, childcare, camp, gymnastics, cheer, sports, or classroom experience is required.
• Must have experience confidently managing groups of children.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Comfortable giving clear instructions to large groups.
• Able to stay active throughout the shift.
• Team player with a growth mindset.

Schedule

• Weekday after-school availability required.
• Saturday mornings are REQUIRED (non-negotiable).
• Flexible scheduling available around these required shifts.
