Raytheon Full-Time Electrical Engineer II (Onsite)

Location US-CA-EL SEGUNDO-R01 ~ 2000 E Imperial Hwy ~ BLDG R01 Security Clearance U.S. citizenship required; only U.S. citizens are eligible for a DoD Secret clearance. Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government‑issued security clearance required. Active and existing clearance required immediately after day one. Responsibilities Conduct circuit analysis, simulation, design, documentation, and trade assessments for obsolescence resolution. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware performance issues and hardware integration. Design and develop Special Test Equipment (STE) hardware and software. Test microwave RF circuits, RFAs, MICs, IMAs, CCAs, and provide production support. Analyze hardware specifications to determine hardware requirements. Develop solutions to test issues, enhancing productivity and efficiency. Interact with test technicians, factory facilitators, operations managers, other engineers, quality assurance, and reliability personnel. Basic Qualifications MS degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related STEM major. U.S. citizenship and clearance eligibility as described above. Preferred Qualifications Experience testing and troubleshooting electrical circuits. Experience working with standard EE lab equipment (Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Generators, Power Meters). Experience with design software such as Keysight ADS, Sonnet EM, Ansys HFSS, or AutoCAD. Experience with software tools including C, C++, LabWindows CVI, and MATLAB. Coursework in RF and Microwave Circuit Design. Salary & Benefits The salary range for this role is 75,800 USD – 144,200 USD.
