About the Role

The Company is seeking a Project Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to provide financial leadership at its behavioral healthcare facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall financial operations and day-to-day fiscal management of the facility, ensuring the timely and accurate completion of financial statements, and maintaining compliance with all financial policies and standards. This role is pivotal in the senior leadership team, participating in financial and functional decision-making processes to achieve operational and financial goals. The CFO will also be involved in the strategic planning process, preparing and monitoring budgets, and providing financial guidance to facility managers. Applicants for the Project CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years' of successful CFO experience in a behavioral healthcare setting. A CPA or Master's degree is a plus, and previous experience with a proprietary healthcare system is highly preferred. The role requires proven financial analysis skills, proficiency in software packages including Excel and Word, and a demonstrated ability to lead with emotional intelligence and ethics. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to think strategically, and a strong background in behavioral healthcare finance.
