Tier 2 Support - On-boarding Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Tier 2 Support - On-boarding Specialist to join a Contract assignment supporting client onboarding activities in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. This role is ideal for an IT specialist who can provide hands-on technical assistance across desktop support, workstation deployment, and basic network connectivity in on-site environments. The position will focus on helping new client locations get up and running smoothly while delivering dependable day-to-day technical support.Responsibilities:• Provide on-site technical support for new client onboarding engagements, ensuring systems and user equipment are ready for business use.• Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot desktop and laptop systems running Windows 10 and Windows 11.• Set up PCs, peripherals, and related hardware while verifying proper connectivity and functionality.• Assist with basic network support tasks, including working with Ubiquiti UniFi and SonicWall firewall environments.• Support users with general IT issues, resolving escalated incidents and identifying practical solutions.• Coordinate with internal and client-side teams to maintain progress on onboarding activities and technical readiness.• Perform system checks, document completed work, and confirm that installed technology meets operational needs.• Provide support related to SharePoint access and general usage as part of the onboarding process.
