Salary & Bonuses: Base salary $125k–$130k with additional bonus opportunities, and student loan repayment assistance of up to $20,000. Full‑time, part‑time, and per diem positions are available. The clinic specializes in outpatient orthopedic PT, but new graduates are encouraged to apply. Day‑to‑day caseloads range from seniors and post‑surgical patients to high‑level athletes. Specialty services include Pilates, dry needling, vestibular therapy, amputee rehabilitation, and aquatic physical therapy. Duties Outpatient orthopedic PT Patient consultation: review health and medical histories, exam patients, review imaging and other records, and determine reason for visit Consult with referring physicians and healthcare teams regarding diagnosis when needed Develop and implement physical therapy treatment programs tailored to each patient Assist patients through all phases of treatment, including exercise instruction, manual therapy, modalities, and activities of daily living Compose discharge notes, refer to appropriate outside sources when necessary Educate patients on PT benefits, treatment plan maintenance, and home exercises Maintain accurate, timely documentation and progress notes in patient charts after each visit Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care Communicate effectively with staff, physicians, and patients to ensure high quality care Create an excellent patient experience through a friendly and focused attitude Requirements Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program Active PT license in Massachusetts Schedule Full time, part time, or per diem Office hours Monday‑Friday Total Compensation (range) $125k–$130k (based on experience, plus base and bonus) Benefits Sign‑on bonus for full‑time positions ($5k–$20k) Student loan repayment assistance up to $20,000 for new graduates Three weeks PTO, six holidays Company Chromebook Continuing education benefits: in‑house courses and external opportunities Mentoring program Fun team events and competitions 401(k) with generous match Health, dental, short‑term and long‑term disability, term life and AD&D Great team atmosphere We are seeking a compassionate therapist who excels at communication and teamwork.
